Picture the Elements - Exploring the periodic table

Picture the Elements is a light introduction to chemistry. The illustrations and quick facts about the elements aim to help children engage with chemistry in a fun way and develop a love for science.

Picture the Elements debuted at the Lewes STEM fair in Nov 2013 and it was very well received by the public and the scientific community.

This periodic table has been verified by Prof. Hal Sosabowski, PhD - Professor of Public Understanding of Science at University of Brighton.

This project came about because I want my children to get excited about the wonderful elements and their amazing properties. Names like Promethium and Thorium filled my imagination while I was working on it. I hope you and your family have as much fun with it as I did.
